S.L.A.M. Sweat Like a Mother is a comprehensive exercise program for women in all stages of life, but it is also so much more than just a fitness group.

Our classes combine fitness with camaraderie, and offer an opportunity for women to come together under a common goal of bettering themselves, challenging themselves, and becoming the best version of themselves that they can be.
