S.L.A.M. Evening Express

S.L.A.M. Evening Express has all the benefits of our OG S.L.A.M. class in a compact 45 minute format. We designed our Evening Express to get you Sweating Like A Mother and home in time for dinner. Our programs are for women in ALL stages of life and levels of fitness. Our coaches curate classes for women who are ready to reclaim their strength, energy, and confidence. We understand the unique challenges that women face when it comes to prioritizing their own well-being while juggling the demands of life. We recognize and provide options to accommodate the changing fitness needs, throughout the different stages of a women's life. Whether it be pregnancy, postpartum or menopause we are here for you.

All of our classes offer a supportive community, specialized workouts, and a nurturing environment to help you achieve your fitness goals while embracing your unique needs and stage of life. S.L.A.M. Evening Express is programmed to improve balance, stability, increase strength, speed and endurance. All levels of fitness welcomed.

Children and babies are welcome to join mama and stay close throughout the workout. For safety reasons, children 4 and under should remain in a stroller during class. We often have moving weights and bodies, we want to ensure everyone’s safety.
